Green yourself, change your behavior and your habits! Make sodium bicarbonate NaHCO3 (or baking soda) your best friend eco-product: cheep (around 2€ in Greece), present in all supermarkets, 100% natural and ecological and has many usages. It is a white powder made from chalk and salt.
Cleaning & Health – Tip 19 Your best eco-friend for your teeth
I think most of people fear the day they have to give a visit o the dentist! So you need to make sure you take good care about your teeth. Did you know that “Baking Soda” can provide a full care program for your teeth? It is magical, from cleaning tip until health usage; baking soda is here for your teeth.
Tools Cleaning
Yes, as we have seen, baking soda is a magic potion for cleaning and of course for toothbrush is not an exception. In a glass of warm water put one tablespoon of baking soda and mix. Put your toothbrush, your braces all night long in the potion. In the morning make sure to rinse correctly and your mission is done. The abrasive effect of baking soda will take off all impurities attached to the braces and dissolves all the residues trapped on the toothbrush. No need to buy special products, no need to have your toothbrush an hour under the water to clean it up, a simple solution without extreme lower cost and very high result.
Tooth cleaning
You want a whitening therapy for your tooth, baking soda is again your eco-solution. Add a little bit of baking soda in your toothpaste and brush your teeth as usual. You can repeat this once per week and you will see a great result. Baking soda improves the action of your toothpaste and whites your teeth.
Baking Soda affects the acidity of its environment, which allows, among other things, to have a magical effect on the malodors of our mouths. In a glass of water add one tablespoon of baking soda and mix well. With the mixture, make gargles and you will have a good breath all day long. Actually you will forget all the previous products you used to buy.
So we have this time a whole process nearly (still need toothpaste) replaced by baking soda, you can adopt an eco teeth health from now on.

Yes it is a very effective way to whiten and clean your teeth, but as it works by abrasion, it should not be used more than once or twice a week! The enamel of our teeth does not regenerate itself!
Exactly never abuse of it, even once every 10 day could be enough!
