It is Easter in a few days in Greece, and it is the holiday where the barbecue is one of the most important tools of the holy week. Each family meets together and prepares the famous lamb. Think about using your magic potion “Baking Soda”!
Here are some really practical tips in order to make your life easier and safer:

If your barbecue is too hot and starts to burn your meat, thing that can happen to anybody, well you can avoid this by throwing pinches of baking soda above your barbecue, it will mitigate the flames and save the meat or any other food your cook!

At the end of the day, to remove the residues of your grid, apply a mix composed of a tablespoon of water for three tablespoons of baking soda to a sponge and rub. Don’t forget to rinse and dry correctly! If your grid is really too dirty and the residues remain, soak it in hot bicarbonate water for 2 hours and rinse correctly.
